CGM Progetti is the unique company producing a full line of automatic machines for pre-insulated duct manufacturing (PIR, PUR, PU and Phenolic).
Mainly our complete duct production line is composed by four types of machines as follows:
Machines for cutting special fittings, like round elbows, T branches, reducers, offsets and any other fitting (including straight sections) - our models:
· EcoFast, 3 axes, two blades technology, replaced our very successful EcoSilent. Very high productivity, has many useful functions, software was implemented and is even more reliable than ever;
· PENTAX, our latest 5 axes model, single tilting blade technology, very fast, very advanced software, extremely durable and reliable. Parts come out ready for assembly;
· PL4, just drafting, then panels have to be cut by hand tools;
Straight cutting machines, to speed up the production of straight sections of ducts (which can be up to 60% of a project) - our models:
· TDC, a very smart accessory that can be added to our PENTAX and EcoFast models;
· TD4, our stand alone straight cutting machine, very strong and fast;
Bending machine, for rounding parts - our models:
· Bend 12, 1200 mm wide
· Bend 20, 2000 mm wide
Crumbling machine, for reducing the waste volume and mince it to powder - our models:
· TP, suggested up to 80 micron aluminium foil;
· TP2, suggested up to 300 micron aluminium foil;
