As of 2019, we have launched a sales arm of the business with the aim of offering the same great results we achieve for landlords, to people selling properties. CGT was originally established in 1987 and now has offices in Cheltenham, Gloucester, Quedgeley, Tewkesbury and Stroud. We're the largest independent property agency in Gloucestershire, with a team of 40+ dedicated and highly trained staff.
