Competitive Green Technologies

Competitive Green Technologies was born out of a vision to mitigate the unsustainable dependence on fossil fuels. Another path to achieve this reduction is a very innovative approach in using so-called 'waste' from the processing of bio feedstock (oat hulls, coffee beans, etc.). We don't use any food products - only food-related 'waste'. We convert this so-called 'waste' to value-added biopolymers and use these in making biocomposite resins that perform as well as their fossil polymer counterparts for a variety of applications in food packaging and automotive industries. We have so far successfully removed just over 10 million pounds of carbon as a result of this approach in biomaterials between 2015 and 2020. Our goal is to reduce the carbon footprint by 10 billion pounds of carbon by 2030. That is our commitment to the next generation.
