CH Advisors (www.chadvisors.ch) is a Swiss based Private Equity placement/advisory boutique, regulated by Finma (Swiss financial market supervisory authority).
CH Advisors advises and assists fund raisings for mainly Private Equity funds (all segments: Venture Capital, Growth Capital, Mezzanine, Buyout, Distress, Special Situations, etc.), fund of funds, select direct companies (established and emerging ones) incl. deal-by-deal situations where it can bring a clear value add. Furthermore, CH Advisors is operational within secondaries mainly through a buy-side mandate for a recognized Swiss investor.
Our investor coverage is predominantly European (Fund of Funds, Family Offices, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Endwoments, …); with key strength in the German speaking market. We support our clients from scratch with preparing and/or improving of marketing materials, advise strategically on how to best distribute a respective fund, presentation coaching - hard and soft factors e.g. in regards to some cultural aspects, setting up road shows, leading to 1st and final closings and beyond with investor relation services.
Key is to offer a tailor-made solution for each client with a strong alignment of interests. We are and are known as honest, prudent and very patient to our clients and to our investor base - we are free of conflicts and never accept any conflicting assignment.
CH Advisors is familiar with the different regulatory frameworks in Europe (AIFMD) and Switzerland (Finma), has a good knowledge about Service Providers largely in European on-shore jurisdictions and support its clients to find the best legal way to do distribution.
The team is multilingual and offer its serviced in Swiss German, German, English, Spanish and French what gives us an advantage to link with local LPs and GPs and break language barriers.
