Desde el año 2016 buscábamos un lugar para nuestro “retiro”, donde pudiéramos construir un lugar para dejar nuestra huella, haciendo del mundo un lugar mejor, respetando a la naturaleza y a las personas. Esta búsqueda nos llevó a San Pedro.
Así nace Chacra B, un proyecto basado en la permacultura. Según Bill Mollison “es la filosofía de trabajar con, y no en contra de la naturaleza; de observación prolongada y reflexiva, en lugar de labores prolongadas e inconscientes; de entender a las plantas y los animales en todas sus funciones, en lugar de tratar a las áreas como sistemas mono-productivos"
La casa original es ofrecida para que los huéspedes sean parte de este proyecto y experimenten una alternativa de vida utilizando energías renovables, alimentos agroecológicos y de estación. En sus casi 9 hectáreas, la chacra tiene múltiples espacios para disfrutar del aire libre con un estrecho contacto con la naturaleza.
