The basic requisite of Human Resource Development in India is Education, a power which plays an eminent and remedial role in balancing the socio-economic fabrication of our country. The youth of today is the most valuable resource of tomorrow; we need the nurture and care in the form of basic education to achieve a better quality of life. Implementing “Equal right to quality education” has been one of the biggest challenges of our country.
To help bridge this gap, Children’s Humanitarian And Holistic Nurturing Association (CHAHNA), founded in 2018, aims to transform the lives of the children from the weaker sections of the society. We aim at facilitating them with basic level of education and a comprehensive personality development, with the motive of reducing unemployment and thereby decreasing poverty in India.
Sensitized by the longing need of the underprivileged children of the neighborhood area, we Ms Anju Bansal, Principal, Dolphin Kids Play-school, Noida, started this noble initiative by teaching an evening batch of five children, whom she had seen passing by the school premises. These children had a desire in their eyes to just enter the school and be taught like a regular student without prejudices. Within 15 days, the number of underprivileged children interested to learn and socialize with peers grew to sixty.
