Chakolas Pavilion

Chakolas group is a business conglomerate that has been proving its excellence in the textile industry since 1859 and real estate industry since 1993. The group is now diversifying and venturing into the hospitality industry with CHAKOLAS PAVILION. The event centre is situated in the famous Sri Chitra Mill Compound, Kalamassery that housed a textile factory built in 1932, which was later purchased by the Chakolas group in 1947. To date the factory building boasts of many outstanding architectural features such as the 32 meter tall brick chimney and the timeless galleried structure. CHAKOLAS PAVILION is a result of extensive restoration activities of this century old textile factory and we now have reopened it's gates and invite you to be apart of history!
