About Challenge Fitness We provide personal training in a group setting. Our focus is your results so we modify each exercise or workout for every body type. We specialize in HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training). Jorge and Amy started instructing bootcamps at the park together and the business grew. We needed a home for our clients and found the perfect spot in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. We then upgraded our to a new 5000 square foot indoor facility with another 5000 square foot of outdoor space a mile and half north in Wilton Manors. Come train with us. About our founding trainers & owners Amy & Jorge Amy is a nationally certified personal trainer who has worked in the fitness industry for over 14 years. After being a competitive gymnast and track athlete, Amy has brought her competitive edge into pushing clients to their highest level of fitness. She has brought the strength and conditioning she has trained with as an athlete into her workouts to show clients how, no matter what your goals are, you can push your body past it's comfort zone to get results. Being a high school state basketball player, Jorge learned how important conditioning was to reach ultimate goals. Taking that hard physical training into later becoming an aircraft firefighter in the United States Navy, he then continued that conditioning and training in bootcamps. Jorge's mission is to motivate, teach and encourage each client. His passion comes from the ability to help people reach their desired goal(s) and witnessing the feeling of achievement on their faces and most importantly RESULTS.
