The product, CHAM, is comprised of five simple ingredients; fruit, chia seeds, apple juice concentrate, lemon juice and vanilla extract. This simplicity creates an all-natural and rich taste, with the chia seeds giving us our signature “chammy’ texture. What do people love about it? CHAM contains up to 50% less sugar, carbohydrates and calories than traditional jams, four times the protein, and up to 4g of dietary fibre per 100g. CHAM is also high in omega-3 and contains zero refined sugar, pectin, preservatives or any other “nasties”. CHAM is gluten free and vegan friendly. Most importantly? It’s even tastier than the original jams!
