We are a UK company based in the Midlands and represent several facilities for Precision CNC Machining, Sheet Metal Fabrications and Investment Castings in the Czech Republic. Typically we save our customers between 20 and 30% on their current prices, for commercial batch quantities, whilst maintaining the excellent quality. For over 19 years we have specialised in high precision machining and investment castings, supplying to the Aerospace and Defence industries, including companies associated with Rolls Royce, Siemens, UTC, Goodrich, Boeing, Airbus and Bell Helicopters, as well as to the communication, navigation, transportation and automotive industries. Our foundry and machine shops are AS9100, ISO9001:2008 and NADCAP certified and provide the manufacturing processes of tools, investment casting, machining and surface treatment across a range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, steel, brass and copper. Regarding our investment casting we are able to provide an extensive choice of weights and sizes. Our precision fabrication and sheet metal fabrication facilities are ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 certified and use the most up to date machinery which includes laser cutting, laser cutting & punching in one operation, blanking machines, CNC brake presses, punch presses and machining, welding, assemblies and all finished to customer specifications.
