Chambers of Saharsh Saxena believes in furthering the access to justice. To materialise this vision, Mr. Saxena has joined Nayaya Bandhu Panel, Dept. of Justice, Govt. of India as an empanelled counsel. Our Chambers have a wide practice area ranging from Civil Laws including Administrative Law, IPR Law, Property Law, Education Law, Service Law, Banking & Insurance Law, Arbitration to Criminal Laws. Our Chambers has also advised the clients on their constitutional rights and appropriate remedies to enforce them. Mr. Saxena is an alumnus of the prestigious Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Prior to enrolling in law, he graduated with first division in Statistics (Hons) from University of Delhi. He works on the matters before Supreme Court of India and High Court(s) across the country apart from Tribunals and District Courts. He regularly gives advice to outstation clients and formulates legal strategy for their ongoing matters before Courts in other States. In recognition of his legal acumen, Mr. Saxena has also been invited to judge various Moot Court competitions right from when he was still in law school. He has also served as the Member of the Faculty of Law Development Committee, University of Delhi. Further, Mr. Saxena has also acted as a Faculty Member for course "EPF Judicial Proceedings" at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Academy of Social Security, Employees' Provident Fund Organisation under Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India. He has also authored a paper on the Data Privacy Law which has been included in the syllabus of Master’s Degree in Regulatory Law at FGV Direito Rio which has been ranked as the top Law School in Brazil, obtaining the highest national score in the Brazilian Bar Examination.
