ChamFlex® hoses assemblies are recognized by underwriter Laboratories (UL) under UL 207. The Santoprene tube compound was tested to and awarded a UL 94 V-0 fire rating. Assemblies were tested to ASTM E84 / UL 723 and received a Class A fire rating.
The patented process fusing the tube and wire braid into a one-piece hose increases flexibility, greatly reduces risk of kinking and delivers a tighter bend radius. The 302/304 stainless steel wire braid offers superior abrasion resistance. Hoses are easy to install with a 37-degree JIC flare union having no washers or gaskets to leak or get lost.
Hoses are custom made in our facility to meet your length requirements in 1″ increments. Minimum length is 6″ for 1/2″ and 3/4′, and 9″ for 1″ and 1-1/4″.
