The history of our young mason is marked by the courage and strong desire to embark on a journey that makes us unique in the world of Champagne. A story full of anecdotes that could be used as a marvellous screenplay of a movie full of “coups de théatre”. Same for our cuvèe: a plot with an exquisitely elegant and dynamic profile, the mirror of ourselves, as we believe that the wine expresses the soul of the people who make it. Every year we strive to create the perfect cuvée selecting only the finest grapes that can give our wine a unique tasting profile, preferring our palate over too many rules of thumb, reaching higher level of symphony. The unique terroir of our Chardonnay grapes leaves traces at every sip. The footprints of the Maison Veuve Blanche Estelle - Champagne ENCRY, are always slightly different and every single bottle is an exclusive and rare experience which marks our life’s journeys. Each cuvée is the result of an unprecedented proportion of Chardonnay from Grand Cru - Le Mesnil sur Oger, the integration of a specific amount of reserve wines, longer ageing, and the choice of a low dosage.
