Every year we strive to create the perfect cuvée selecting only the finest grapes that can give our wine a unique tasting profile, preferring our palate over too many rules of thumb, reaching higher level of symphony.
The unique terroir of our Chardonnay grapes leaves traces at every sip. The footprints of the Maison Veuve Blanche Estelle - Champagne ENCRY, are always slightly different and every single bottle is an exclusive and rare experience which marks our life’s journeys.
Each cuvée is the result of an unprecedented proportion of Chardonnay from Grand Cru - Le Mesnil sur Oger,
the integration of a specific amount of reserve wines, longer ageing, and the choice of a low dosage.
