Ployez-Jacquemart est une maison familiale créée en 1930 par Mr Marcel Ployez et son épouse Yvonne Jacquemart.
L'âme de la maison, caractérisée par une très grande rigueur dans l'élaboration des vins, est désormais représentée par la troisième génération, Laurence Ployez succédant à son père Gérard Ployez, perpétuant ainsi les valeurs fondatrices que sont la tradition, l'exigence et l'enracinement dans le terroir Champenois.
