ChampionNOW was created in 2012 for two purposes. First, we recognized manufacturers on U.S. soil were having a hard time convincing our society of the value and opportunities they provided to individuals, families and the communities where their businesses operated. Secondarily, we felt our society had convinced an entire generation that there were limited options for a successful life. Options that led millions into massive student debt, nearly bankrupted every blue-collar town in America and created the opportunity gaps across under-represented populations. The work of ChampionNOW is positioned to change this through exposing the realities of rewarding careers in manufacturing, supporting students in their learning journeys and connecting employers to candidates in their own communities.
