Chancey Development, in association with Chancey Architecture and Interior Design, is currently developing Senior Housing projects, High Rise Condominiums, Mixed Use projects and New Urbanist neighborhoods in America. Chancey Development's designs encompass the many faces of residential design including condominium hotels, resorts, low and mid rise condominiums, mixed-use projects, and high-end single family homes.
