Change Agents Academy

The ability to change will be the defining skill for the future. This is an open invitation to join the Change Agents Academy. We are inclusive and a group of high performing individuals that help others facilitate transformation on personal, professional, and organizational levels. The future is counting on us. A change agent is an individual that facilitates and promotes positive transformation within an organization, community, or society. Change agents have the thoughts, habits, narrative, persistence, accelerated skills, mindfulness, and system thinking to create lasting, systemic transformations. Change agents facilitate transformation by challenging the status quo, identifying problems, proposing solutions, and inspiring and motivating others to adopt new behaviors, beliefs, and practices. Change agents are excellent communicators, leaders, and problem-solvers that can overcome any resistance in their way. What is an Academy? An academy is an institution or organization that is dedicated to the advancement of knowledge, learning, and skills in a particular field or discipline. The term “academy” generally implies a focus on specialized training, learning, or the exchange of ideas and knowledge within a specific area of expertise. What is the Change Agents Mindset? At the Change Agents Academy, we help each other learn, practice, and master the Change Agent Mindset by teaching, and living, the seven lenses of a Change Agent. At the Change Agents Academy, we borrowed the learning methodology of SoDoTo from medical schools which means we see one, do one, and teach one. As we teach one another, we learn at our highest level. The Change Agents Mindset is the mindset that will be invaluable in the future. Change is no longer constant, change is accelerating.
