Change Collaborative

Change Collaborative works with fitness business owners like gym and health club owners or virtual fitness professionals to move their business goals beyond the dream phase to actually see how they can achieve those dreams. We do this through business financial planning, accounting and reporting, and monthly coaching and accountability meetings. We work with fitness businesses in size of 1-50 employees and actual or projected annual revenue between $100k and $10 million. Companies come to Change Collaborative with a dream but unsure of how to get started or knowing if that dream is even possible. And we say YES! YES! it is and we develop a business financial plan to show them how it is possible.
