About Change Content

Change Content is an artist-driven boutique social impact studio founded by Oscar®, Emmy® and Peabody Award®-winning filmmakers Andrea Nix Fine and Sean Fine. The Washington, DC based studio turns true stories into unforgettable film, television, and theater works that illuminate, entertain and inspire audiences to become agents of change. Change Content’s first film out of the gate is HBO Max and CNN Films’ LFG, which the husband/wife team wrote, directed and produced. The inside account of the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team’s ongoing fight for equal pay – as told by the players including Megan Rapinoe, Jessica McDonald, Becky Sauerbrunn, Kelley O’Hara, Sam Mewis, among others – will be premiering at the upcoming Tribeca Film Festival. Change Content is also currently developing a documentary with A24 exploring the transition of power from Trump to Biden centered around the January 6th insurrection. The Fines’ previous films and collaborations include: the Academy Award winning short, Inocente, a coming-of-age story about a homeless 15-year-old Latina artist; the HBO documentary feature Life According to Sam, which was shortlisted for the 2014 Academy Awards for Best Documentary and was also honored with a Peabody and Emmy Award that same year; and Oscar® Nominated War/Dance, about three children living in a displacement camp in Northern Uganda competing in their country’s national music and dance festival.
