Change Inc. is Commissioned on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), a provider for Allied Community Resource Inc. and Advanced Behavioral Health. Our services are provided throughout the following counties within Connecticut: Litchfield, Hartford, Tolland, Windham, New London, Middlesex, and New Haven. Change Inc. provides daily assistance to individuals with many different disabilities by trained professionals that provide in-home services to help them live and enjoy a productive, independent, and fulfilling life.
