ChaNGe ingredients is an ingredients company owned by Casillo Group, world leader in durum wheat processing. We research, develop and manufacture highly performing, nutritious and tasty ingredients for the food and beverage, and cosmetics industry. By means of an upcycling process and a patent-pending technology, we enhance selected durum wheat milling by-products. Our mission is to serve the food industry by providing plant-based ingredients with greater stability, functionality, organoleptic properties and nutritional values in line with consumer trends. We also ensure a reliable supply, receiving raw material directly from one of the world's biggest players in grain processing. We have developed processes to harness wheat’s full potential, in total accordance with circular economy’s principles: by generating more food from the same matrix, we contribute to the health and longevity of our planet, through innovation and technology. Our team of scientists, sustainability experts, nutritionists, and product developers work together with leading Italian and European universities to understand every molecule in wheat germ and inner pericarp to create a portfolio of ingredients that meets the needs of the market.
