The Change Leader Collection

The Change Leader collection includes a book, self-directed toolkit and guided leadership development program that teaches leaders how to build courageous cultures with self-love, conscious choices and inclusive creativity practices. This collection was built by Erin Willett, a leadership and culture strategist who has spent the last decade honing her culture-building method and guiding leaders as they nurture empowered, resilient teams. Erin believes that intentional culture-building is leadership development at scale. This is a foundational belief that has guided Erin's approach to culture strategy work. Because of this, she focuses her efforts on the development of individual leaders and the empowerment of the micro-cultures they are directly engaged with which in turn, impacts the greater culture of the organizations they support. From this strategic mindset, the Change Leader method was created. The Change Leader method walks leaders through a three-phased approach. Leaders begin with a strong foundation of self-exploration and self-awareness bringing them to a point of recognizing their current and potential influence on culture-building. From there, they consciously name a vision for culture change and articulate the choices they can make to move their teams through a culture transformation.
