Change Makers Collective: Transform Lives Through Collaboration and Innovation I am deeply committed to social change, particularly in supporting organizations that deliver essential services to those in need, especially where government or commercial enterprises fall short. With my background as a management consultant, project manager, and coach, I’ve spent years helping organizations enhance their products and services, enabling people and teams to achieve their goals. I've established this separate platform, Change Makers Collective, to focus exclusively on charitable and philanthropic efforts. This initiative is independent of my personal work as a manager and my business, Adapt Consulting, so it can concentrate purely on community and nonprofit-driven ideas. The core mission of Change Makers Collective is to foster collaboration between businesses and charities, as well as among charities themselves. We will focus on key areas such as governance, fundraising, service delivery, management, and volunteer engagement. This is a space where we can share resources, tools, templates, and training. I’m also inviting suggestions, advice, feedback, and recommendations for books, blogs, and other useful materials. I see this as a collective, collaborative space where we can all contribute to and benefit from the shared knowledge.
