Change Sessions is an organisation and private practice that helps people get the best out of their lives by embracing and applying positive change. I primarily conduct One-to-one Change Therapy Sessions at my practice just north of Galway city. The sessions are for anyone suffering from lack of motivation or drive, fear, procrastination, anxiety or depression. Really, anything that is holding someone back. I also develop and facilitate life skills programmes in the area of positive change. Change Sessions was founded by myself Paddy Tamplin, as a result of my interest and curiosity around “how it’s possible” to take control of, and be responsible for your life. Change Sessions provides my clients with an awareness of the possibility of positive change, and then educates them as to how they can simply and effectively adopt these changes. I provide "Tools for Life" at a conscious level, and some of the change work is conducted at an unconscious level. This allows clients to release neurological blocks and elements of their belief system that are holding them back. Clients gain new knowledge, perspectives and understanding in relation to their previous blocks, and are empowered by adopting more beneficial beliefs which allow them to get moving again, quickly and easily. Change Sessions also delivers an early intervention preventative life skills programme to transition year students called “Give it SOCS”. This programme is designed to be inspirational and interactive, and introduces teenagers to how it is possible to increase self-confidence and self esteem (as well as their peers), how to increase opportunity awareness, how to avoid stress, as adopt some coping techniques. Services: Personalised One-to-One "Change Sessions" for individual clients either locally in Co. Galway, or nationally and internationally via Skype video or Phone.
