Change the Culture is a 501(c)(3) is a not-for-profit organization, incorporated in the state of Minnesota. Our goal is to give back to students who make our community a better place.
The Change the Culture Foundation was established in order to provide scholarship opportunities for students that have changed the culture in the Sauk Rapids-Rice community. Our mission will continue to be to alleviate financial barriers, in order to help students make a positive change in their communities.
Our vision calls for the continued fostering of an improving culture in the Sauk Rapids – Rice community and beyond. Young adults are the key to our future, and the key to a sustaining positive culture. The Change the Culture Foundation exists to empower these young leaders to make the positive culture change we need in our society.
The co-founders of the Change the Culture Foundation launched the change the culture movement in their senior year of high school. Their goal at the time was to create a positive environment surrounding Sauk Rapids – Rice sports and activities. Following graduating high school, they started providing scholarships to graduating SRRHS seniors planning to attend a four-year institution who have changed the culture by having a positive impact in the Sauk Rapids – Rice community.
