Change Hacks

Change Hacks is a Melbourne-based change management consulting service established by two change management consultants in 2016. It defines itself as a ‘boutique consulting service’ that provides a range of services, such as workshop facilitation, onsite consulting, coaching and speaking, with expert advice on how to establish change capability throughout all layers of the organisation. It is unique in its future-forward view by integrating the latest thinking from the Future of Work (FOW), disruptive technology and agile practices, emerging capabilities, neuroscience and the Human-Centred Design (HCD).
