Changemark Research + Evaluation is a social purpose modelled international consulting group that provides research and evaluation services in the fields of substance use, mental health, Indigenous health and intersecting areas such as housing, food security and infectious disease. Founded and led by Jill Fikowski, White settler, person with lived experience in substance use, a recognized leader, mentor, and learner in the field, the Changemark team works to promote ethical, effective, and evidence-based practice, driven by a shared vision for meaningful, and sustained change.
With over 200 pre-qualified contractors on our roster, we connect our clients with teams of highly skilled individuals able to meet unique client, program, community, and health system needs.

All project deliverables are reviewed by an internal Quality Control team, ensuring clients receive high-quality work products. Contractors also have the opportunity to learn from internal advisors and experts on all jobs, (e.g., Elders, Gender Inclusivity Consultants, Drug Culture Advisors) at no additional cost to the client.
