Through our training and coaching, we work with leaders, individuals, and teams to identify what's not working in their communications, and how to change their language to change their results. They learn to use insights from neuroscience, persuasion psychology, and behavioral science to create change in their relationships, business, writing, coaching, and personal development.
Where appropriate, our approach uses psychological profiles for marketing, recruiting, coaching, or as a developmental tool for improving team and company communications.
We use EQ and 3600 profiles and DISC® as a basic model for individual and team development, as well as a model for selling and marketing.
One of our key tools is the LAB Profile® (Language & Behavior), a powerful and less formal psychometric approach that uncovers the underlying motivations and linguistic trigger-points for changing people's minds, in-person, or in writing.
Dr. William Cather is a Certified Trainer/Consultant in the LAB Profile®. Increasingly, the model is being used in coaching, as a quick and easy tool for self-discovery and influencing others. It has been used in marketing, A/B Testing, and copywriting as a powerful tool for communicating brand values and changing customers' minds. In Marketing, Customer Response, and direct Customer Communications, we use these models to create Style Guides, Templates, and Scripts to target personas or embody the psychological profile you want to represent to your potential customers.
