The vision of Changing Lives at Home Inc., Mental Health Services (CLHMHS) is to provide community-based rehabilitation services to help our clients manage their mental health diagnoses. To ensure success, CLHMHS identifies tools and utilizes opportunities to strengthen socialization skills, educational skills, behavioral skills, independent living skills, anger management, environmental coping skills, employment; including job readiness, along with other rehabilitative skills to ensure success. With this vision, we hope to create a better life experience for the youth and adults in the communities that we serve.
As a public organization, we do not refuse services based on inability to pay. We utilize options such as a sliding fee scale and a fee adjustment process to assist our clients who have difficulty paying. Application is available upon request.
