For IT Vendors and Distribution organisations; both niche and broadline, local and global, effectiveness is often determined by the quality of the relationships that are in place in the Supply Chain. IT Vendors, Channel Partners, Alliance Partners and Distributors are all intertwined. As with any team endeavour, if one part of that consortium is out of synchronisation, productivity will be lost. A team that has all the pointers in the same direction will be an effective team.
