MILC

The main objective of MILC project is to create a learning approach that will equip the Millennials with the 21st Century skills in order to practice leadership based on their way of thinking and behaviour and will facilitate innovation support activities to ensure Millennials understand and take advantage of the opportunities offered by new Innovative concepts, methodologies and approaches. Its three specific objectives are: ± Develop innovative approaches for adults, through cross-sector networking and activities, ± Develop and deliver training based on the Chaordic approach and ± Affect the work-life balance of employees and thus lead to the increase of the sustainability of EU organizations.
