Founded by our CEO, Shana Kennedy, and inspired by her son Reyon, who is autistic, Chaotic was created to combine the thrill of winning with meaningful support for families navigating Special Educational Needs (SEN).
At the forefront is Chaotic Competitions – offering fair, fun, and rewarding competition experiences, with over £6 million paid out to winners across the UK.
But what sets us apart is the impact beyond the win.
Each competition helps power Chaotic Community – the heart of our mission. With over 76,000 members, 90% of whom have direct connections to SEN, and a dedicated 15,000-member support group for SEN parents and carers, we’re building a vibrant, engaged community. We provide free a 1:1 virtual SEN Support Service, grants for SEN families, and partnerships/sponsorships with schools, charities, and grassroots organisations, reinvesting directly into SEN provisions and capital projects.
