Fondée en 1961 par René BESSON surnommé « Bobosse », notre maison artisanale fabrique et commercialise les produits de la gastronomie lyonnaise, dont l’andouillette à la fraise de veau tirée à la ficelle sur laquelle s'est bâtie notre notoriété. Basée au pied des monts du Beaujolais, notre charcuterie est attachée à son terroir et aux valeurs qui en émanent. Authenticité et proximité dictent notre façon de travailler, dans un souci constant de goût, de qualité et de plaisir.
