Fondée en 1961 par René BESSON surnommé « Bobosse », notre maison artisanale fabrique et commercialise les produits de la gastronomie lyonnaise, dont l’andouillette à la fraise de veau tirée à la ficelle sur laquelle s'est bâtie notre notoriété.
