Groundbreakers is the UK's network of women voluntary sector CEOs. It aims to provide a space for women chief executives of national and international charities to learn from each other and network at events with guest speakers. Past guest speakers have included: Sarah Brown, Helen Stephenson CBE, Hilary McGrady and many others. The Groundbreakers current Steering Committee includes: Susan Daniels OBE (Chief Executive of the National Deaf Children's Society) and chair of Groundbreakers; Caroline Diehl MBE, Chief Executive of Impact Media and the Social Founders Network; Camilla Knox-Peebles, Chief Executive of Amref Health Africa UK; Polly Neate CBE, CEO of Shelter; Dhivya O'Connor, CEO of the Cherie Blair Foundation; Bridget Warr CBE, CEO of UK Home Care Association.
