In recent years, we incorporated Peter Wood and Partners who have been in practice since 1961, in both residential and commercial fields. We work closely with our clients in redefining and enhancing historic and listed buildings both in London and across the country, with projects ranging from sensitive restoration to contemporary alterations of the existing fabric.
Our architectural services range from project inception to post-completion. These include advice on planning and other required statutory consents and permissions, as well as advice on work in conservation areas or to listed buildings. Our appointment is normally based upon the RIBA standard professional services contract.
We are experienced in leading the building team and will coordinate an independent professional team including Structural Engineers, Services Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and other professional and specialist design services.
