Founded by two of Oklahoma's leading attorneys, CharneyBrown offers full-service representation to both individual and corporate clients from across the state in a variety of industries. Recognizing a need for complete, collaborative and cost-effective legal representation in the Oil & Gas industry, Jacob Charney and Benjamin Brown merged their respective firms in 2018, seeking to provide a unique service that not only better served the needs of individual mineral owners, but helped usher corporate energy clients through any and all legal needs from prospect to pipeline. After years spent in the energy industry, it became obvious that the need for compassionate, cost-effective representation was needed in nearly every area of law by both individual and corporate clients. Applying their combined 17 years of experience, they set out to expand their practice, opening locations in Oklahoma City and Dallas, TX, with the goal of providing the same level of knowledge and superior customer service to those in need of representation in other industries.
