The Chartier Group consists of Chartier Homes, Chartier Redevelopment Group LLC and Chartier Sustainability Group LLC. Chartier Redevelopment Group, LLC (CRDG) is a real estate development, consulting, and management firm with an expertise in green and energy efficient buildings. Chartier Sustainability Group, LLC provides engineering consulting, design, and project management services, specializing in a whole building approach. When troubleshooting building operational issues, our focus relies not only on proven experience and design strategies, but includes real testing with equipment such as blower door (for air leakage), combustion analyzers, air quality devices and infrared cameras, among others. Almost every renovation sees a reduction between 25% and 70% of annual energy use, in addition to improved building durability, safety, and indoor air quality. New projects are held to both LEED certification as well as Passive House standards, ensuring that they're energy efficient not just after construction, but during the building process as well.
