Au Château Doyac, nous cultivons notre passion en famille, avec ma femme Astrid et notre fille Clémence, œnologue diplômée de l'ISVV à Bordeaux. Nous avons choisi d'adopter une viticulture respectueuse de l'environnement, axée sur la vitalité des sols, en conduisant notre vignoble de 30 hectares en agriculture biologique et biodynamique. Nos vins se distinguent par leur fraîcheur et leur gourmandise, tous labellisés bio depuis le millésime 2018, Demeter depuis 2019 et Biodyvin depuis 2022. Ils peuvent être appréciés jeunes ou conservés pendant une quinzaine d'années. Notre objectif est de produire des vins de qualité, à la fois fins et élégants.
At Château Doyac, we cultivate our passion as a family, with my wife Astrid and our daughter Clémence, an oenologist graduated from the ISVV in Bordeaux. We have chosen to adopt an environmentally respectful approach to viticulture, focused on soil vitality, managing our 30-hectare vineyard using organic and biodynamic farming methods. Our wines are distinguished by their freshness and deliciousness, all certified organic since the 2018 vintage, Demeter labeled since 2019, and Biodyvin labeled since 2022. They can be enjoyed young or aged for up to fifteen years. Our goal is to produce quality wines that are both fine and elegant.
