Membre depuis 2021 du Comité Colbert, les Huiles d'Olive du Château d’Estoublon portent haut la voix du luxe français, de la transmission et de l’artisanat durable.
Niché sur le versant sud des Alpilles, au cœur de l'AOP Baux-de-Provence, le Domaine compte 120 hectares d’oliviers et 17 hectares de vignes conduits en agriculture biologique. Sous la direction technique de Victor Joyeux, le Domaine poursuit son engagement agricole et ses convictions environnementales à travers une conversion en biodynamie.
