Château Dillon is the Médocaine farm of the wine school of Blanquefort, belonging to the EPLEFPA (Local Public Establishment of Education and Training in Agricultural Production) of Bordeaux Gironde. Château Dillon has a vineyard area of 40 ha currently, employs 12 people private sector, as well as a dozen temporary and seasonal employees depending on the work. It is at the same time the learning ground of the learners of the high school and CFA of Blanquefort, and an exploitation wanting to be demanding and exemplary to allow an evolution of the methods and the transfer of these to the profession by testing, experimenting and innovative. Château Dillon is also part of several networks of common work:
- the operations of our establishment: château Grand Baril in Montagne Saint Emilion, Château La Tour Blanche Cru Classé de Sauternes in Bommes
- Environmental Management System (SME ISO 14001) collective of Bordeaux wines
