ChatHouse is a qualitative market and social research agency established in 2013 as a spin-off of Blue Moon Research. ChatHouse was inspired by the desire to provide insightful, challenging, quality research without being shackled by the corporate imperatives inherent in a big corporation. While we are a relatively young agency, we are not new to market research. Our team has many years of experience conducting high-quality qualitative research for both commercial and government clients. We have a strong network of qual, quant and neuro specialists that we can call on when required. Regardless of the research technique applied, our goal remains the same; to get below the surface of our subject and beyond the purely rational, thereby enabling us to deliver tactical, strategic and above all actionable insights.
