La maison CHATILLON a été créée en 1965 à BREST par Michel CHATILLON, Maître pâtissier et chocolatier.
Quelques distinctions et événements ont parsemé le parcours de ce chocolatier inventif et passionné.
Il a travaillé plus d’un an à Paris dans une grande Maison : l’entreprise Vivier place d’Alésia qui avait la réputation de Fauchon à l’époque (année 1959).
Une autre expérience chez Franchiolo, (le Pâtissier des pièces montées pour les Rois et les Reines de ce monde).
Il a poursuivi sa formation en SUISSE à l’école de la COBA à BALE puis durant 4 années chez les meilleurs chocolatiers de Berne et Bienne.
