CHCOT Network Ltd was founded in early 2020 by Clinical Specialist OT's Debbie Bissell, Ade Watkins & Nikki Ensor. CHCOT Network was formed in recognition that many with life changing injuries will ALSO be CHC eligible requiring much needed expert CHC management through single instruction by legal team's or in conjunction with the CCG. We are currently THE ONLY dedicated CHC management service for clients with complex health care needs. We recognised that expert CHC management by a clinically practising OT enabled a combined approach for specialist OT assessment was essential for those with complex needs requiring equipment. We found much needed equipment was frequently being inappropriately self funded by the client themselves. Our expertise and knowledge of the NHS CHC framework ensures CHC eligible client equipment is funded by statutory services. We provide specialist OT assessment & combined CHC client management across the UK, for both adults & children who have suffered catastrophic life-changing injuries & are CHC eligible OR likely to become eligible. With over 50+ years combined experience of OT assessment, intervention & rehabilitative experience, we provide expert independent OT assessment services, with the client at the heart of the OT assessment & intervention process. All the client's we work alongside will have complex health needs requiring bespoke, clinically evidenced base tailored care planning.
