Our mission is to raise awareness of the need and availability of genetic testing if an individual has a significant family history of cancer, especially breast or ovarian cancer. The organization was founded by Nancy West Romer who was only 32 years old when she was diagnosed with late stage ovarian cancer at age 32. Nancy lost her 8 year battle with cancer in December 2009 but the organization continues so that together, we can fight hereditary cancer by preventing it from happening to others.
