In 2001, Cheese Burger Baby opened in South Beach as a late-night burger joint for locals and tourists alike. Stephanie Vitori started off as a delivery driver in 2001 then bought the restaurant in 2004. The addition of the three food trucks, the opening of concessions in the Hard Rock Stadium at Level 300, Club Level 200 and at both the Miami Beach and Broward County Convention Centers has helped expand the reach that broadened their customer base. From 2001 to now, Cheese Burger Baby has grown organically in its down-to-earth, affordable, late-night diner concept and has remained classic to Miami, also being dubbed by Jay Z as the one place he absolutely has to visit when he comes to Miami, David Beckham admittedly eating twice in 1 day and is frequented by athletes, musicians, actors and public figures making this celebrity hot spot a true Miami Beach staple.
