Our story began in 1997 as the Tour de France restaurant group, with our first restaurant, French Roast Downtown. The brasserie lifestyle remains a trademark of Chef Driven, with restaurants that offer everyday escapes from morning until night.

Today, our collection of 16 concepts spans all styles and cuisines, from Sicily to Israel to Baja California, and includes our piano bar, The Friki Tiki, and Broadway’s favorite cookie shop, Schmackary’s.
