Pino Padula, left his native land of Bari, Italy and came to Toronto. He has a zest for life and an uncommon passion for traditional flavours deeply rooted in the Puglia region of Italy. Professionaly, he found his first love in the kitchen of Napoli, Italy where is talent flourished. His pizza making skills are extraordinary. If you witness Pino handling fresh pizza dough you would understand how special a moment it is. Pino was chosen to train celebrity chef Bob Blumer his pizza dough stretching techniques to help Bob beat the Guiness book of World Records. Pino’s training paid off setting a new world record at 168 pizza pies in 1 hour. Pino worked as an executive chef at many restaurants throughout the GTA, one being Toula’s Restaurant located at the top floor of the Westin Harbour Castle. His Passion for his craft has allowed him to adopt new Traditional regional style and has made them is own. He continues to extend his creativity by providing Customized service and extraordinary cuisine.
