Chefline is a one-off its kind family-owned and operated organization and was created in 1991 by Rajesh Ahuja. Both the directors – Rajesh Ahuja & Swati Ahuja are alumni of the IHM, Pusa, the batch of 1990. Both are ex-Hyatt. Their sons, Mudit Ahuja, an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu, India and Sarthak Ahuja, an alumnus of the IHM, Pusa as well have now joined the business. Both of them have trained with the ITC Group. As a family of four hoteliers, it is a unique blend of application of knowledge coupled with practical experience because of which Chefline has been able to reach such tremendous heights. Chefline works on two primary principles: helping and aiding its team members to grow through continuous development.
