Lebanese by birth, Mohamad was brought up in the heart Beirut, the Lebanese capital, the city of elegance, history and culture on June 3rd, 1979. Completed his education in C&E College and graduated with technical baccalaureate in hospitality management.
Proudly trained as a Michelin star chef with more than 14 years of experience in the field of hospitality, food and beverage. The journey started from a snack houses to several restaurants and eventually leading to five star and international hotels. Presently working as Executive Chef at Aspire Zone, Doha, one of the sports leading establishment in the world.
