Chemecon is the first voluntary, non-profit association of young Chemical Engineers at the National Technical University of Athens. It is an association that aims to make a substantial contribution to connecting students with the subject of their studies. As a student-to-student organisation, Chemecon is constantly trying to identify and overcome the obstacles that exist between chemical engineering students and their profession, bridging every possible gap.
Our actions so far contain Soft & Hard Skills seminars, visits to industrial plants not only in Athens but also in other regions of Greece, networking events and the ChemDays.
Today, Chemecon has 40 volunteers, more than 200 members and dozens of actions to fulfill its mission, bridging the gap between chemical engineering students and their future self.
